Membership Application

Please complete all required fields. A representative of Brundidge Country Club will contact you after your application has been reviewed.

Membership Application

Complete the Brundidge Country Club membership application online, or download and print the application to complete and return to the club. Both options provide the Membership Committee with the information needed to begin reviewing your application.

Step 2 – Member Agreement & Golf / Pool Rules

Please review the Golf Rules, Pool Rules and Member Responsibilities below. Your Membership Application cannot be reviewed by the Membership Committee until you have completed the Rules Acknowledgement.

Member Agreement

By completing Step 2, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Brundidge Country Club Golf Rules, Pool Rules and Member Responsibilities and agree to abide by them if your membership application is approved.

Golf Rules

The USGA Rules of Golf apply except as modified by the following Brundidge Country Club rules:

  1. All guests must register in the Pro Shop and pay applicable green fees before teeing off.
  2. Groups are limited to five (5) players.
  3. Foursomes have the right-of-way at all times.
  4. Faster groups should be allowed to play through whenever practical.
  5. Cart rental is for regulation golf only.
  6. Practice greens are for chipping and putting practice only. Shag balls may not be hit into fairways. Hit only from rough to rough or behind the #9 green.
  7. Winter rules apply. Improve lies in the fairway only.
  8. Foreign fairways are played as rough.
  9. Replace divots and repair ball marks on greens.
  10. Rake all sand traps after use.
  11. Golf bags and carts shall not be carried or driven within twenty (20) feet of any green.
  12. No more than two people may ride on a golf cart at one time.
  13. Clean golf carts after use.
  14. Place trash in designated receptacles.

Member Responsibilities

All players shall abide by the Brundidge Country Club Rules as listed on the scorecard or posted in the Pro Shop.

Flagrant violations observed by any member should be reported to a member of the Board of Directors.

Pool Rules

  1. Obey all pool rules.
  2. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
  3. Shower before entering the pool. Remove oils and lotions before entering.
  4. No eating or drinking in the pool area.
  5. Children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  6. No running or horseplay in or around the pool area.
  7. Maximum baby pool age is eight (8) years.
  8. Place all trash in designated containers.
  9. Pool Hours:
    Monday – Closed for Cleaning
    Tuesday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Additional Pool Policies

  • Pool reservations are available for members outside normal operating hours.
  • No golf shoes, golf balls or golf equipment are permitted in the pool area.
  • Pool privileges are limited to members and overnight out-of-town guests.

Step 2 – Submit Your Rules Acknowledgement

After reviewing the Golf Rules, Pool Rules and Member Responsibilities above, click the button below to complete your Member Agreement & Rules Acknowledgement. This acknowledgement is required before your Membership Application can be reviewed.

Step 3 – Complete Your Membership Enrollment

Once your Membership Application has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors, you will be notified by email or by a phone call from our staff with the next steps to activate your membership.

  • Download and complete the Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form.
  • Attach a voided check to the completed form.
  • Bring the completed form, your initiation fee, and your first month's dues to the clubhouse.
  • The initiation fee and first month's dues may be paid by cash or check.
After your membership has been activated, future monthly dues will be paid through automatic bank draft.
